About

When I discovered The Life Coach School in November of 2021, an entire world of possibilities opened up for me.

I’ve always had the burning desire to help people in an emotional way. I just wasn't quite sure how to do that. I had dreams of adopting children, doing kiruv in far-flung places, volunteering for Chai Lifeline, and more. These ambitious life goals had to be relegated to the back burner once I got married and started a family. The business of work, kids, and daily life got too overwhelming to consider taking on more, even if it meant that I wouldn’t be helping others as much as I would like.

Once I heard about coaching, I realized that coaching as a profession would allow me to combine my passion for helping others with supporting my family. Working from home allows me to set my own schedule and enables me to be both a present wife and mom, and a successful coach, investing time and resources to be there for my clients.

Education

The Life Coach School was an amazing journey of hard work, growth and consistently showing up. It showed me exactly what my clients would experience when working with me. The 6-month program consisted of weekly classes, peer coaching and professional support and feedback.

I gained invaluable tools and learned about the power of mindset and managing emotions. I learned that there is so much more to every person than meets the eye. The thoughts and feelings that drive our actions are very complex. This has taught me to be tolerant of the people around me, and try to understand where they are coming from before judging them. There is more to every story and we never have the complete picture.

In coaching, that perspective is so helpful. The client might think that she’s struggling in a certain area, she might think that something is out of her control, but when we dig a bit deeper, we discover that she has more power than she initially thought. When we make a plan for how to harness that power, and when we let go of our limiting beliefs, there is an endless amount of potential and opportunity for growth

Coaching Style

When I work with you, it’s as if we’re sitting together on the couch, enjoying each other’s company. Feel free to bring your coffee, and maybe a danish, but don’t forget your notebook, since you’ll want to take notes!

I want to see you growing, accomplishing, and achieving your goals. I look at entrepreneurs with awe, and will support you in succeeding beyond your wildest expectations. I truly believe in your abilities to reach your potential and will help you achieve it. I will ask you thought-provoking questions, and dismantle the ‘givens’ and ‘expectations’ that keep us stuck. You’ll have space to explore where you’re at and how to push yourself and reach greater heights.

And the most fun part? The aha moments you’ll have when you discover what’s not working for you and how to get ahead. Aha moments are my favorite part of coaching!

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I’d be happy to schedule a call to see if we’re a good match.
